Tax evasion or other irregularities

This includes: the issuance of irregular invoices, non-fiscal coupons, fictitious or incorrect invoices, fictitious contracts, goods without documentation, non-maintenance or manipulation of the fiscal cash register, employees without a contract, non-declaration of rent, and any other irregularity by any economic entity or natural person.

Inappropriate behaviour / corruption

This includes: seeking of bribes or favors, discrimination, arrogant behavior, personal gain, or conflict of interest, bookkeeping for any economic entity, tendentious visits or visits not based on legislation, and any other irregularity on the part of TAK employees that may harm the integrity of TAK
